UAE-TCAM Practitioners need a nomination letter, CV synopsis, work list, and must meet criteria like a recognized degree, valid license, minimum 10 years' UAE practice, and demonstrating valuable healthcare service, with selection criteria evaluating technical competence, personal integrity, doctor-patient dialogue, family engagement, teamwork, through methods like simulated patients and peer evaluation.

The eligibility criteria require TCAM-GMP registered companies/organizations to submit proof of registration, without which they'll be disqualified.
